Tomorrow, Brian and I will be playing at Duck Walk North out in the vineyards of Eastern Long Island. It's my first time performing on the patio of this beautiful winery. Of course, I'm very excited and also grateful that Mother Nature is shining down on us, weather-wise.
I played a gig a few weeks ago at and was happy and grateful to have such a positive turnout. I am blessed with a wonderful support system. It makes all the difference in the world.
No matter what passion you pursue, having the backing of your friends, family and others helps to push you along the path. It helps you to stay motivated and believe in yourself. Fortunately, music is a great connector of souls. People who love music come together to share that joy and to celebrate, just because it's fun!
