Surprises...

Recently, I got news that my band and I will be performing at the 17th Long Island Fall Festival on the Chapin Rainbow Stage of Huntington's Heckscher Park. I've seen many concerts in that bandshell and it's a great outdoor venue. Of course, I have always harbored a secret desire to play on that stage. And now, I will have that opportunity! I feel very blessed and honored to be able to play my originals with some great musicians, including the great Long Island bassist, Jack Knight. And yes, I'm a little nervous. It's the biggest venue yet for me but I'm confident that it will work out beautifully. God is on my side...
