Hope you all had a great 4th. I love July 4th because it allows me to feel like a kid at heart again. This year I went to Bayville Beach and sat with a bunch of my friends, watching a spectacular 2 hour light show. It was kind of funny because the fireworks were going on at several locations on the beach. So it felt like we were watching a tennis game in the sky; look left, look right, look left, look right. It was a fantastic show! Why not see life through the eyes of a child? There's such innocence to behold. I feel the same way when I'm looking at a pink sunset or I'm sitting on a boat watching the beautiful scenery around me. I never take any of this for granted because one day, I won't be alive on this earth to appreciate it. So I take it in as if I were watching it for the first time and perhaps watching it for the very last time.
Don't take anything or anyone for granted and if you do it's not too late. Open your eyes and see what's in front of you. Treasure it as if it's going to be gone tomorrow...
